Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations, including vendor coordination, site deployment, and activity management.

• Act as the main contact for security audits, follow-up actions, and engagement with stakeholders and the Global Security Committee.

• Supervise and assess security staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and site requirements.

• Administer and monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.

• Conduct routine site inspections, risk assessments, and security audits to identify gaps and implement improvements.

• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, investigate breaches, and prepare detailed reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external authorities on security-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, as well as legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Possesses a valid PLRD license as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 year in a supervisory or executive role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledgeable in security operations, emergency response protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Strong leadership qualities with proven problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment in decision-making.

• Proficient in report writing, incident documentation, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
