Temp Officer – Enterprise Development (Policy Unit)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support a policy unit in survey administration, data management, analysis, and visualisation. This is a full-time 12-month contract role based in the central area.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and administer survey questionnaires
  • Collate survey returns, clean data, and organise databases
  • Analyse data across multiple datasets to derive insights
  • Prepare data visualisations, reports, and dashboards for regular monitoring
  • Provide troubleshooting support to survey respondents and data users
  • Assist with administrative duties, including coordination of department meetings and events
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills & Competencies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with strong numeracy
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
  • Familiar with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Advantageous Skills
  • Experience in research survey administration
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis (e.g. data cleaning, pivot tables)

Work Details
Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Working hours may vary depending on task requirements
