• Salary Range: Up to $3,500
• 1 year contract (no extension) with up to 1 month completion bonus

We are looking for candidates from industries such as Oil & Gas, Aviation, Offshore Marine, or Semiconductor, who also possess SAP experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing and material planning strategies in alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions and Production Order creation using SAP system.
• Track order status and expedite or defer deliveries as needed to align with production requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality, to resolve supply chain issues.
• Analyse demand trends and supply risks to anticipate and prevent potential disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline or in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a planner or similar supply chain role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced working environment, independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi‑task.
• Preferably in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Offshore Marine or Semiconductor industry.
• Minimum experience with Excel at least at "Pivot table" level.
