Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support key initiatives related to Credit Products Trading Systems. Responsibilities include assisting trading desks, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and improving system functionalities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Credit and Fixed Income products preferred.
  • Ability to learn complex financial products quickly.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives for the end-to-end Credit Products Trading System.
  • Assist trading desks in ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.

Job description
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide support for key initiatives and projects, with a primary focus on the in‑house end‑to‑end Credit Products Trading System.
  • Assist trading desks, including Credit Derivatives and Credit Trading, in ensuring smooth system operations and issue resolution.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test trade design, test trade booking, troubleshooting, and investigation of test results.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and supporting units to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues discovered during testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on system functionality, process enhancements, and test outcomes.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Credit and Fixed Income products is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex financial products.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
