Trust Administration Assistant – Kensington Trust Singapore Limited – D01 Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Raffles Place, SG

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Trust Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Trust Administration team. The Trust Administration Assistant will play a vital role supporting efficient and effective trust administration of trust accounts and working closely with the Trust Administrator(s) to ensure all client data, trust structures and assets are properly recorded and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Filing of trust‑related documents – e.g. bank statements, Trust Deeds, etc.
  • Scanning of trust‑related documents – e.g. bank statements, Trust Deeds, etc.
  • Opening and sorting of daily mails
  • Assist in storing scanned documents to ViewPoint and shared drive
  • Arranging for local / overseas courier
  • Archiving of past bank statements / transactions
  • Collate and arrange documents for certification as true copies
  • Collate and arrange for documents to be signed by authorized signatories
  • Arranging for the sealing of Trust Deeds
  • Set up files for new trust clients
  • Preparing payment instructions (with specific written guidance from the Trust Administrators)
  • Verification of monthly invoices for billing of both local & overseas courier charges
  • Provide general day‑to‑day administrative support to the Trust administrators or as instructed by the Head of Trust or the Managing Director
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Skills & Experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi‑task, organise and prioritise work effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
