Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection & delivery of goods.
• Report to Team Leader immediately if you foresee delay in collection / delivery timing.
• Ensure DO/POD returned to customer/office/team leader by next working day.
• Ensure SOP for taking over of goods is followed diligently: Damage check, Tally check, Temperature check.
• Ensure cargo condition, temperature & delivery status promptly updated / reported in respective WhatsApp chat groups with photos where applicable. Wait for next instructions where necessary.
• Ensure daily vehicle checklist is done for each truck & submitted back to office every month.
• Ready to stand in for any jobs assigned to ensure job fulfilment.
• Monitor truck condition / error messages and report to Team Leader if there are issues.
• Ensure truck cleanliness is well maintained inside front cabin & cargo compartment.
• Ensure good habits in using pallet jack to avoid damages.

Requirements

• Min O-level
• Min 1 year relevant experience (Airport experience, Supermarket delivery experience welcomed.)
• Must have min. 2 years Singapore Class 4 driving license.
