Job description

We are looking for a Software Developer specialised on the Triple’A PMS from Temenos to join our talented team to contribute to our growth and help maintain our position as an innovative company.

Experience as Triple'A Core Developer is an absolute requirement.

The Software Developer plays a critical part for the project management teams. He/ She will be involved in all phases of the development life cycle and will work closely with Business Analysts/ Project Managers to develop the necessary specifications for the software. He/She may also test, debug and improve generally faulty applications for clients.

• Develops Triple’A scripts (formats, default values, input controls, screens, etc.)
• Will be involved in client projects development.
• Will learn and understand the business flow of the application.
• Troubleshoots issues internally and from clients.
• Tests what has been developed, perform Code Review, Performance fine-tuning to ensure that the Development/build delivery is following banks quality standards and ensure build integrity.
• Works closely with integration analysts and business consultants to develop and deliver the technical integration solutions that meet the requirements of our customers.
• Collaborates with the customer’s IT stakeholders through all phases of the integration development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of the integration solution.
• Involved in Change Requests estimations, discussion and development work.
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders.

What You Need

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or any technology-related field
• 5+ years of experience with Triple’A / Wealth Suite application
• Strong background in financial solutions and banking industry
• OData and TDS experience is an added advantage
• Certification or exposure in Agile methodologies is appreciated
• Proficient in developing Structure Query Language (SQL) queries
• Problem solving mindset, strong team spirit and complete commitment to work quality.
• Ability to advocate and defend the solution design for the challenging / complex business requirements
• Excellent communication skills, as you will be involved in persuading and presenting to different levels of stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have, but not necessary: Understanding in investing instruments like Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks and Equities, Investment-linked Insurances, Loans, Payments and Structured Products
• Must have experience working on UNIX operation systems (e.g. Solaris, AIX, HP-UX) is required
• Able to produce detailed data definition and mapping specifications documents
• Can converse proficiently in English
