We are currently seeking a Transformation Project Manager ( Data & Analytics) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: Business Consultant - Transformation Project Manager ( Data & Analytics)

Role Summary

The Transformation Project Manager will lead large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on data, analytics, and process optimization. The role requires end-to-end ownership of transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, data strategy, and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Program Management
  • Lead and manage enterprise transformation initiatives across data, analytics, and digital platforms
  • Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption
  • Ensure transformation outcomes deliver measurable business value
Project & Delivery Management
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
  • Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, data, IT, and external partners
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and governance updates
Data & Analytics Leadership
  • Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and BI teams to deliver data-driven solutions
  • Understand data architectures (data warehouses, data lakes, cloud platforms)
  • Translate business requirements into data and analytics use cases
  • Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision forums
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in project/program management within transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in data, analytics, or data-driven transformation programs
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data & Technology Skills
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT
    • BI & Analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Methodologies & Tools
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
  • Strong risk, dependency, and financial management skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
  • Exposure to industry transformation programs (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Change management or Lean/Six Sigma experience
