Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or transfer agency role for Assistant Manager.
• At least 6 years of experience in a compliance or transfer agency role for Manager, with minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Familiar with Know-Your-Client and Anti-Money-Laundering regulations.
• Experience in filing with tax reporting (FATCA/CRS) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure client queries are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Review investor documentation for accuracy.
• Oversee daily operations of the TA team.

Skills

Confident in managing client relations

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good organisational and time management skills

Strong written & verbal communication skills in English

Strong leadership and team management skills

Education

University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in accounting, legal, finance, economics or a related discipline
