A global asset management firm is seeking a Transaction Operations professional to manage corporate action and proxy voting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Middle Office or Operations in the asset management sector, along with a degree in Business or Finance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage outsourced service providers effectively are essential. The Transaction Operations Team is responsible for the oversight of the end-to-end trade life cycle, corporate action, reconciliation, as well as client and regulatory reporting within Eastspring Investments and works closely with our outsourced service provider to ensure post trade operational compliance, completion, and success.
This role will primarily be looking after the corporate action and proxy voting lifecycle management.
