A leading Singaporean training provider is seeking a candidate for a role involving administrative support and coordination for training sessions. Responsibilities include updating course materials, monitoring learner progress, organizing schedules, and providing general office support. This position starts as a 6-month contract with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM. The role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining quality in training delivery.
This position will start off as 6 months contract.
Assist in maintaining and updating course materials, including slides, templates, and visuals, to ensure consistency and quality.
Provide administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners.
Coordinate class schedules and trainer assignments to ensure smooth operations.
Organise and maintain SIRS course training visual media assets for promotional purposes.
Monitor online learning activities and track learner progress, including follow-ups on assignments and participation.
Assist in collecting, compiling, and reporting learner feedback and survey results.
Support adjunct trainers with administrative tasks and documentation.
Provide general office support across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Mon to Thu:8.30am to 6pm, Fri:8.30am to 5.30pm
