Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational assistance to support training activities, office management, and staff services.
  • Assist in training matters that do not require access to internal HR systems.
  • Register staff for external training courses.
  • Prepare documentation for purchase orders for training courses.
  • Liaise with external training providers on course information.
  • Handle issuance and replacement of staff access cards.
  • Coordinate with teams for access-related matters.
  • Update and submit staff claims related to IT equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor service schedules and follow up on equipment issues.
