WSH360 Solutions Pte. Ltd , a subsidiary of Sanli Environmental Limited (Sanli Group) , is seeking a Training & Development Manager to oversee training and business development functions. The role involves planning and delivering specialized training programmes and providing professional safety solutions to external clients, with the objective of supporting and improving Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Strategic Management
  • Oversee the overall operations, marketing, and sales activities of the Training Centre to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and spending controls; monitor outcomes and adjust plans to align with organisationalgoals.
  • Drive the achievement of sales and profit targets through collaboration with internal teams and effective resource management.
  • Develop and manage the overall Training Centre budget,optimizeresourceutilization, andidentifyfunding opportunities.
  • Uphold organisationalvalues by maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Accreditation & Compliance
  • Manage and maintain accreditation for Learning Service Provider (LSP) and WSQ Approved Training Organisation (ATO), ensuring full compliance with MOM, SSG, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee certification processes and liaise with relevant authorities and industry bodies to ensure continuous accreditation status.
  • Ensure full accountability for training delivery, quality, and compliance in accordance with MOM, SSG, WSHC, BCA, and internal policies.
TrainingProgramDevelopment & Quality Assurance
  • Lead the design and development of industry-relevant training programmes and courseware aligned with applicable frameworks (WSHC, MOM, LSP, BCA, WSQ).
  • Manage end-to-end development projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure timely program rollout.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop targeted solutions for internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including monitoring of training delivery, trainer performance, and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to enhance training delivery, accessibility, and impact.
Training Delivery & Centre Management
  • Oversee the delivery of all training programmes, including classroom sessions, workshops, simulations, and e-learning modules, ensuring high-quality instruction and learner engagement.
  • Coordinate essential resources such as trainers, facilities, equipment, and materials to support effective program delivery.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and learner satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
People Leadership
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trainers, coordinators, and administrative staff, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and reviews to ensure team competency, professionalism, and continuous development.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the Training Centre.
Other Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, employers, and training partners to support training initiatives and contribute to industry development.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the Centre’s overall objectives and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field;
  • Certification in Adult Education (DACE or DDDLP)
  • Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and Registration as WSHO with Ministry of Manpower, is advantages.
  • Minimum of 5 years of training manager experience Corporate Training, Curriculum development and educational program management, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of LSP, WSQ, SRFA accreditation processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in leading successful training initiatives and managing training teams.
  • Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in various formats and contexts.
