Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and management staff to support and manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and motivate a team of service crew members, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to service standards.
• Conduct interviews for new hires and provide guidance and training to new and existing service crew.
• Maintain excellent service standards, discipline, and grooming among the service staff.
• Handle cashiering and banking duties to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Proactively obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
• Assist in monitoring labor and F&B costing matters, including regular stocktaking.
• Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
