Non-linear Trading & Structuring is an integrated global client driven business with the mandate to trade non-linear and combination products in Rates, Credit, and FX and brings value to clients including Financial Institutions and Corporates through working in-house sector specific expertise as well as compliance, risk, finance and legal functions.
The team works closely with the other Financial Markets Trading, DCM Syndicate and Sector Origination Desks, Sales, Solutions and Distribution Teams to deliver any less standardised client solutions and efficiently reflect, negotiate and manage the risk parameters associated with the business through dynamic hedging with market participants. The team also collaborates actively with the Quantitative Development team in IT / Front-Office system developments to improve operational efficiency through digitalisation and deep-dives into the development of new products revolving around derivatives, securities, loans and special purpose vehicles via a structured approval process.
Qualification/Education
Strong education ideally in Finance, Engineering, Physics, Financial Engineering or equivalent degree
