Overview

Industry: Computer Printer Manufacturing

Location: Alexandra Road

Compensation: Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trade compliance, regulations, and chemical status are updated and followed to achieve zero incidents.

• Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.

• Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends.

• Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly and on time.

• Ensure that all SCM regulations, processes, and workflows are up to date.

• Establish, implement, and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training.

• Facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering with regional ESCs management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

Skill Competencies

• Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience and understanding within ASEAN and Pakistan regulatory organizations.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool.

• Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes.

• Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department and cross function.

• Project skills to implement project smoothly and on time.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export, and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan.

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management and Supply Chain operations experience in Hi-Tech industry.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.

• Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.

• Strong skills in MS Office and BI tool.
