Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export documentation and clearance coordination
• Strong understanding and operation of end-to-end import/export processes (FCL/LCL)
• Manage in-house warehouse operations (in/outbound, returns, defective goods, monthly inventory closing)
• Improve logistics management processes
• Operate ERP logistics module (e.g., SAP) and provide internal user training
• Advanced Excel utilization (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Manage transportation and logistics costs

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Studies or related field
