Job Summary

As the Technical Lead/Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and migration of projects using Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively while meeting business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
• Lead the design, development, migration, and implementation of solutions using Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools.
• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration and implementation phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and features in Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools, as well as industry best practices.
