Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Improvement of Automation cycle time and quality to meet customer requirements, provide technical advices and services to achieve better results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1) Hand-on Experience in Automated.
• 2) Perform automation servicing and documentation as per pre- scheduled to individual products.
• 3) Expedite quality correction time to shorten the automation of non-confirming products.
• 4) Minimize lost time due to long maintenance and down time
• 5) Knowledge in pneumatic and electric actuator
• 6) Ensure safety and housekeeping standards/regulations are being maintained.
• 7) Troubleshoot, repair and resolve breakdown on automation.
• 8) Able to interpret assembly.
• 9) Provide daily technical support to the automated machine.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

ITE / NITEC or Form 3 and above

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT

TECHNICAL:-3 years of working experience in injection molding.

OTHERS:-ISO Quality system awareness.

SPECIAL WORK CONDITIONS

Able to multi-task and troubleshoot equipment issues that may arise.
