Job Purpose
To support the smooth delivery of daily programs and personalized care for seniors at GlowCare Club, ensuring clients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well‑being through the Glow Method. The role combines hands‑on therapy assistance with care coordination and client engagement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Therapy Support
- Assist in setting up, conducting, and cleaning up after therapy and activity sessions (cognitive, physical, social, and creative).
- Support physiotherapist during exercise or rehab sessions.
- Motivate and encourage clients to participate actively in daily programs.
- Observe clients’ responses and progress during sessions and report to the CM or therapist.
- Care Coordination & Client Support
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival; ensure comfort and readiness for daily activities.
- Monitor clients’ well‑being, hygiene, safety, and mobility throughout the day.
- Support grooming, toileting, and feeding assistance when required.
- Coordinate with caregivers regarding attendance, health updates, and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance, meal, and observation records.
- Administrative & Communication Duties
- Record clients’ progress notes and share observations with the team.
- Assist in scheduling or updating client programs and therapy sessions.
- Help prepare reports and materials.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and monthly after‑work sessions for continuous improvement.
- Environment & Safety Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and activity areas.
- Ensure equipment and materials are well‑kept and safe for client use.
- Support emergency or safety drills and follow infection control protocols.
- Event & Program Support
- Assist during weekend events, outings, or caregiver workshops when required.
- Help in festive or thematic activities to enhance clients’ enjoyment and social interaction.
