• Staff Management: Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage. Train and mentor junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience. Provide ongoing training on new techniques, products, and service standards. Act as a role model for staff, setting a high standard for performance and customer interaction.
• Guest and Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction. Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat business. Ensure all spa treatments and services meet the highest standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the spa, treatment rooms, and retail areas. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage retail products.
• Administrative and Business Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including booking appointments, managing customer records, and completing reports. Contribute to marketing strategies and business development goals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
