A prominent charitable organization in Singapore seeks a Director of Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy. The successful candidate will lead fundraising initiatives by cultivating relationships with major donors and corporate partners. A university degree in business or relevant fields and proven fundraising experience are essential.

The Director - Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy has a role profile for a senior fundraising leader within The Salvation Army, responsible for cultivating and stewarding high-value relationships with major donors, corporate partners, philanthropic foundations, and government grant bodies across the Territory.
This position requires a strategic thinker with financial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of philanthropic trends. The Director will develop tailored engagement plans, coordinate donor recognition efforts, and collaborate closely with leadership to align giving opportunities with organizational priorities.
Success in this role will directly impact TSA's ability to deliver life-changing programs to vulnerable communities across The Territory.

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm
