• Communicate with internal departments on tender documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for follow-up on bills.
• Evaluate and monitor market unit rates for materials and labor.
• Hand over tender documents to project teams once awarded.
• Attend site show rounds for tenders.
• Respond to tender clarifications and assist with presentations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
