Job Title: Temporary Training Coordinator

Occupation: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Working Details

Working Period: 01 Oct 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 (4 Months)

Working Hours/Shift: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Saturday/Sunday: only when activated, OT will be compensated

Location: (Shuttle pick-up from Chinese Garden MRT 8:00am) (Shuttle drop-off to Lakeside MRT after work)

Salary: $12 per hour

Job Description
  • Daily Operations: Training Centre opening and closing, attendance taking, courseware packing, refreshments and housekeeping.
  • Batching: Checking post-courseware and informing Operations team on the follow ups.
  • Evaluation: Updating and verifying evaluation log files to ensure accuracy.
  • Safety Pass: Verifying WSQ/ASTER safety passes and updating the tracker system.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support as required.
Job Requirements
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good time management skills with ability to stay focused to complete daily task deadlines.
  • Adaptable, independent, and a strong team player.
  • Strong communication and good customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT apps.
