A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to support the planning and execution of Convocation ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution and at least 2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, managing enquiries, and assisting with award administration. This role requires a detail-oriented person able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Overtime will be expected during peak periods.
