Job description
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and general enquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support for programmes and activties in the College.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as instructed by the College Master.
2. Inventory Support
  • Maintain office supplies, printing, oversee pantry and meeting room readiness.
  • Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
3. Event/Activity and Logistics Support
  • Assist with event preparations, including venue and bus bookings.
  • Coordinate logistics such as equipment, materials, and refreshments.
  • Provide on-site support (when required) during College events and activities
4. Facilities Support for College
  • Manage College facilities such as seminar rooms and visitor apartment.
  • Administer facilties' access.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic audio-visual equipment issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the relevant staff-in-charge or IT or AV teams.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree Holder may apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in a higher education or administrative role will be an advantage
