Job description

You will perform frontline duties at clinics, guiding patients through online and onsite registration, appointment scheduling and payment matters. You are also expected to assist patients in wayfinding to ensure they reach the designated service locations.

In addition, you will assist doctors and patients during consultation, conducting basic patient assessments including fall risk questionnaires, height and weight measurements, and blood pressure taking.

Job Requirements

• A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
