Temp Executive (Operations), 3 months contract — Tan Tock Seng Hospital

You will be working with the Operations team to provide project management, operations and administrative support to the clinical departments. The scope includes working closely with clinical, nursing, facilities and other operational stakeholders on the ground to take the project(s) through from planning, financial and budgetary assessment, approval to execution, while providing timely status updates along the way. The role would also include secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken.

Responsibilities
  • Provide project management, operations and administrative support to clinical departments in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Coordinate with clinical, nursing, facilities and other operational stakeholders from planning to execution, including budgeting and financial assessment, approval and implementation.
  • Provide timely status updates on project progress and issues.
  • Perform secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken.
