Location: Kent Ridge
12 Months contract
Start Date: 5 January 2026
Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

You will support the School in delivering high-quality teaching and assessments. This includes developing digital learning materials, managing education systems and devices, providing training on digital tools, and supporting key teaching and exam operations. The role also involves using data to present insights and contributing to new education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage applications and devices to ensure smooth teaching and assessment activities.
• Produce digital learning materials such as lecture videos, eBooks, and animations with faculty.
• Publish lecture recordings and EDMs on school and university platforms
• Explore new tools (including AI), create user guides, and conduct training sessions.
• Prepare data insights and visualisations to support learning and outreach.
• Support education-related events and organisation-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Confident in conducting training and explaining technical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Advantageous Skills

Content creation tools (WordPress, Sway), basic video editing (Camtasia, Panopto), eBook/courseware authoring (Articulate 360), LMS/assessment platforms (Canvas), data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI), analytics tools (Google/YouTube Analytics), and design tools (Canva, Visme).
