Working Hours

5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Offered Salary
  • Up to $4,500 per month (Subject to client’s approval)
Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • Background in related domains such as Public Policy, Information/Computer Science, Data Analytics/Statistics, Laws, Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or any related field
  • Relevant experience to develop in one or more of the following:
    • Policy and strategy
    • Data Governance and policy o Workforce development
    • Capability building
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Data management
    • Data privacy regulations
  • Experience in policy and capability building, with some basic understanding of technical concepts to bridge policy and implementation
  • Excellent research and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to adapt and learn swiftly
  • Skilled at synthesising complex information to identify trends and insights
  • Demonstrates polished communication abilities when engaging with a variety of stakeholders
  • Passionate about digital technologies with a strong drive to develop data governance expertise
Job Description

You will be supporting a policy team refreshing strategies and designing policies, spearheading ecosystem building and capability development efforts, and driving the implementation of high-impact initiatives to advance public sector data governance outcomes.

Some potential projects that you will be supporting include:

  • Conduct research to develop and implement central interventions on the necessary structures, skills (i.e. workforce planning and development), and systems to uplift WOG data governance, and
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across Government to do so. This role offers learning opportunities for those interested in policy making, ecosystem building and capability development, in the area of data governance.
