• Location: Bencoolen Street (4 minute walk - Bencoolen MRT Station)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Salary: Commendatory with experience
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Main Responsibilities

• Do cold calling and sales pitch to client
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless customers' handover and follow‑up
• Record customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required

Requirements
