About the role

As a Telemarketer at HL Assurance Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales of our insurance products through outbound call campaigns. This is a full-time role based in our office in the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing
  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our insurance products and services
  2. Explaining product features and benefits to customers in a clear and engaging manner
  3. Handling customer enquiries and overcoming objections to secure sales
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the drive to achieve sales targets
  3. Familiarity with the insurance industry or a related financial services sector
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  5. >A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Possess General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI and HI if applicable) and basic computing skills
