Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Sales / Sales Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the networking solutions business unit, managing a high-performing sales team to meet ambitious sales targets. With a minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience in IT or Networking Solutions, and at least 2 years in a leadership role, the candidate must have experience in the IoT and Telecommunications industries. This role offers a starting salary of SGD 6,500 – SGD 9,500 plus bonuses, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions.
  • At least 2 years of leadership and managerial experience with proven results.
  • Experience in the IoT and Telecommunications industries is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Strategically manage the team to realize 100% of the sales plan.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy of internal systems for information input.
  • Identify potential markets for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on tasks.
