A construction services company in Singapore is seeking a Telemarketer to handle customer account management, solicit new prospects, and develop departmental manuals. The role requires a minimum 'O' Level education and at least 2 years of relevant experience in telemarketing. Job Description:
  1. Responsible for soliciting new prospects through cold calling using the customer list and updating internal company sales system activities of customers.
  2. Responsible for maintaining customer accounts.
  3. Responsible for bookkeeping of customer list activities.
  4. Responsible for developing and updating department work manuals.
  5. Responsible for generating Project Information Reports for the Sales Team and Management.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Manager (SM).
