Job Description
- Drive the demand management process and manage operations to ensure effective allocation or resources, prioritization of work and delivery of business objectives.
- Provide central planning guidance taking into consideration overall resource envelop, budget envelop and tech Roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stake holders to gather data and input necessary for effective planning.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to drive business decisions and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular reviews of planning processes, suggesting improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and manage communication plans. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and understanding of the work planning process.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working in internal IT strategy, business planning or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute. Experience in leading design, implementation as well as management of IT programmes and projects governance framework, preferably in a large size organisation operating in a highly complex environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to convey complex information in clear and concise manner.
- Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to evaluate change impact and effectively address challenges.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure.
