Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking qualified individuals to develop sub-assemblies and carry out final assembly processes. The role requires a diploma in Engineering and experience in electronic manufacturing. Candidates should have good communication skills and be willing to work on-site. In this role, you will contribute to continuous improvement and troubleshoot manufacturing failures. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with engineers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field is required.
• Background in electronic manufacturing is a must.
• Experience in the assembly and testing of semiconductor equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Engineer to develop sub-assemblies and final assemblies processes.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Engineer to develop sub-assemblies and final assembliesprocesses.
• Carry out Sub-Assembly builds and final integration.
• Prepare materials needed for manufacturing assemblies.
• Identify tools and fixtures necessary for assembly.
• Follow WIs and assembly steps defined.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot failures in manufacturing assembly.
• Update monitoring checklists such as tools calibration and fixture conditions.
• Generate work instructions.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechatronics or arelated field.
• Background in electronic manufacturing.
• Experience in the assembly and testing of semiconductor equipment.
• Able to understand manufacturing process and documented procedures.
• Soft skill knowledge in MS office.
• Knowledge in using manufacturing assembly tools such as torque screwdrivers,spanners and voltmeters.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
