About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Support Executive (Technical Procurement) to join our team at Ravago Manufacturing Singapore Pte Ltd. Based in the Tuas West Region, this full-time role will be responsible for providing technical procurement support to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of projects and operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical expertise and support for the procurement of industrial equipment, machinery, and parts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and source appropriate suppliers and vendors
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, negotiating terms, and following up on deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the procurement process
• Analyzing market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Assisting with the implementation of new procurement systems and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to other team members on technical procurement best practices

What we\'re looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with 3 years of experience in a technical procurement preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Mechanical Engineering expertise is a must-have
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, and parts specifications and applications
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
