Responsibilities
  • In charge of technical purchase for machinery parts and consumables purchase for Maintenance / Production / Warehouse & Logistics / QA departments.
  • Source, evaluate and identify reliable suppliers based on factors such as price, lead time, quality, suitability, necessity and logistical expenses.
  • Negotiate purchases and supply contracts to achieve best result for the Company.
  • Coordinate with shipping agencies and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
  • Maintain EAM / CMMS software for effective spare parts inventory management to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Ensure spare parts inventory record is accurately kept.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure no wastage on consumables.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Liaise with machinery suppliers for machine related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to Maintenance / Production / Warehouse & Logistics / QA Dept.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2 years (or Diploma with 3 years) in technical purchase and machinery maintenance related experience.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Resilient, pro‑active, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
