Overview

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Become an expert on our advertising solutions and consult clients on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advertising solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client issues and develop technical service plans.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a tech or AdTech company.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, troubleshooting third-party scripts, and SDKs for ads tracking.
• Knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies like pixels, ad servers, and ad delivery.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• This candidate should have business-level proficiency in Korean is greatly advantageous as this will be liaising with Korean-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
