Overview
As a Technical Solution Consultant at SecureAge Technology, you will be the trusted technical authority bridging Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customers. You will play a critical role in helping organizations understand, evaluate, and adopt SecureAge’s software-based cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on data encryption, endpoint protection, and Zero Trust architectures.
You will engage directly with customers to understand their security challenges and business objectives, lead technical discovery and solution design, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proofs of value. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to align security outcomes with business impact in complex enterprise and industrial environments.
What You Will Do
- Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer meetings, workshops, solution briefings, and executive discussions.
- Translate customer business, operational, and security requirements into effective cybersecurity solution architectures.
- Lead detailed technical and security discovery sessions to assess customer threat landscapes, attack surfaces, regulatory obligations, and existing security controls.
Solution Design & Positioning
- Design and propose SecureAge software-based security solutions tailored to customer environments.
- Develop high-level solution architectures, including policy design, deployment models, and integrations across endpoints, servers, virtualized platforms, and cloud environments.
- Define use cases and security workflows aligned with enterprise and industrial operational requirements.
- Articulate solution value clearly in terms of risk reduction, regulatory compliance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrations & Proof of Value
- Plan and deliver technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs) that showcase SecureAge’s capabilities and address customer-specific use cases.
- Handle technical objections, validate solution feasibility, and support customer evaluations through hands-on engagement.
Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support:
- RFP and RFI responses
- Technical proposals and solution documentation
- Customer presentations and bid defenses
- Contribute to solution scoping, licensing models, and pricing assumptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately represented.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product enhancements and future roadmap priorities.
Training & Post-Sales Enablement
- Deliver technical training and onboarding for post-sales teams to ensure continuity from solution design to implementation.
- Support post-sale activities including deployment, onboarding, testing, training, and adoption to ensure solutions are implemented as designed and deliver measurable security outcomes.
Product & Industry Awareness
- Stay current on SecureAge product developments, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging cybersecurity threats to provide informed and relevant guidance to customer
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Security Architecture), ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise security software.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, endpoint and server security, malware prevention, and data encryption technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and explaining security architectures and policy-based security controls.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect security outcomes to business value, including risk reduction, compliance, ROI, and TCO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements, PoCs, and sales opportunities in parallel.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Prior collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, or Security Architecture teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
