About the Role:

Are you passionate about construction technology and engineering solutions? We are hiring a Formwork Technical Sales Engineer to join our Singapore team! In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering innovative formwork systems to construction projects across the region.

You will provide both technical expertise and sales success—working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and developers to deliver customized solutions, provide technical guidance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships within the construction sector
  • Promote and sell formwork systems to contractors, builders, and engineering firms
  • Provide technical support including solution design, drawings review, and site consultations
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to prepare proposals and layout plans and delivery
  • Track project progress and provide after-sales service
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market development strategies in Singapore and the region

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in formwork systems
  • Solid knowledge of formwork systems and construction site operations
  • Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CAD, MS Office and similar software
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and a strong team player. Able to work independently
  • Have relevant working experience in Singapore markets
