Salary: SGD $17,000 – $18,500 (Gross Monthly), plus performance-linked variable compensation
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm
Reporting to : Vice President, Sales Engineering (United States)

Role Overview

Cofense Inc. (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to manage pre-sales and deliver technical sales engagements in Singapore, with exposure to regional opportunities as business needs evolve.

This role requires depth of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a high degree of ability to manage the full technical sales-cycles with high degree of autonomy, while working closely with US-based leadership and global teams to support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial prospecting engagement through to technical closure
  • Deliver live and virtual demonstrations of Cofense solutions, often independently
  • Deliver complex technical information into clear value propositions to diverse audiences
  • Forecast and manage sales data using CRM reporting (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within the information security and security operations communities
  • Provide hands‑on technical and information‑security advisory support where required
  • Handle multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced, geographically dispersed environment
  • Travel up to 40% of the time, regionally and internationally, for customer meetings and industry events
  • Comply with company policies, compliance and governance standards
Requirements
  • Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience in technical sales or sales engineering roles
  • Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or pre‑sales roles
  • Strong negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Prior experience engaging customers or stakeholders within the information security and/or security operations domain preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time regionally and internationally
