Job summary

An established company in data centers is looking for an experienced Security Technical Project Manager in Singapore. You will lead the planning and execution of physical security projects while ensuring adherence to design standards. Our client is a fast growing established company within the data center industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Security Technical Project Manager to join their team.

About the job

• Lead the planning and execution of physical security projects across the region, ensuring strict adherence to global design standards and approved technology lists.
• Direct security consultants and integrators, ensuring all design and implementation activities align with organizational interests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Facilities, Risk) to integrate holistic security solutions into the broader business.
• Serve as the authority on security technologies (Access Control, Video Management, Intrusion Detection), providing guidance on system design and integration.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to drive efficiency and cost control.

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Security
• Min 7+ years of leadership in physical security program management within global, mission-critical environments (e.g., Data Centers or Critical Infrastructure).
• End-to-end expertise in the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise physical security systems. Proficiency with Tier 1 Access Control Systems and design review software is required.
• Proven track record managing complex project portfolios and overseeing 3rd-party vendor performance on a global scale.
• PMP/PgMP and CPP/PSP certifications are highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in east of Singapore (Loyang / Pasir Ris / Tampines)
