A leading global data center provider in Singapore is seeking a Technical Operations Support to assist in a range of administrative tasks essential to the Data Center Operations team. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment records, assisting in budget preparations, and supporting compliance with maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in data center facilities management and strong interpersonal skills. Maintain and update equipment asset records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in preparing OPEX budgets and I‑Up project.
Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PPM) calendars, coordinate schedules with vendors and customers.
Organize and conduct SIC training programs, manage training trackers, and liaise with internal teams for status updates.
Oversee change management processes, including work order access, red tag procedures, and Hot Work permit issuance.
Support maintenance contract administration and ensure timely renewals.
Assist with certification audits and customer audits.
Prepare periodic internal and customer reports in line with organizational requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure records are consistently updated.
Manage and track maintenance records for operational efficiency.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferable in Data Center facilities management.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good analysis skill.
Able work under pressure and fast‑paced environment.
Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in timeline.
