Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to join our development team. In this role, you will lead the technical direction of projects, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for setting technical standards, making architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Make key technical decisions, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Oversee the technical execution of the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and quality are adhered to.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, fostering growth and continuous learning within the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure the quality of the codebase and share knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and QA, to ensure seamless project delivery and meet business needs.
  • Help define and refine team workflows, ensuring optimal collaboration, communication, and productivity.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing the technical aspects of project timelines, task prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
  • Strong proficiency in software design, architecture, and development practices (e.g., Object-Oriented Design, microservices, REST APIs, cloud computing).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with cloud platform (AWS/ Azure etc)
  • Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
