• Attend site and TOP inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and code requirements.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities to address code compliance matters and ensure project standards are met.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing drawings for buildability, ensuring coordination with consultants for accurate designs.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/NITEC in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
• At least 1-3 year of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission; the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
