Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long‑term technical roadmap for transceiver development, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of engineers specializing in analog/RF/mixed‑signal design, DSP, and system integration.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide hands‑on guidance in architecture, design reviews, modeling, simulation, and validation of transceiver systems.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, system architecture, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Innovation & Research: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging exploration of new technologies, materials, and design methodologies.
  • Project Execution: Oversee multiple concurrent development programs, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and adherence to budget.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company in technical forums, standards bodies, and customer engagements to influence and stay ahead of industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in transceiver design and development, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Expertise in high‑speed analog/RF/mixed‑signal design, optical transceivers, and communication protocols (e.g., PAM4, coherent optics, SerDes).
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, packaging, thermal management, and reliability in high‑performance systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex product development cycles from concept to production.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE 802.3, OIF, ITU‑T.
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC integration and DSP algorithms.
  • Background in data center, telecom, or aerospace applications.
