A tech solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing delivery execution, multi-team coordination, and governance reporting. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software delivery leadership, strong project governance skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and offers the opportunity to lead diverse teams while ensuring successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ software delivery leadership experience.
• Strong programme governance, project/portfolio management experience.
• Senior stakeholder engagement abilities with business and technology owners.
• Background in enterprise engineering, application delivery, or platform build.
• PMP / Scrum Master / SAFe certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning, execution governance, financials, and risk management.
• Coordinate multiple squads, stakeholder groups, vendors, and offshore teams.
• Own scope management, change control, delivery dashboards, and communication cadences.
• Ensure methodology compliance (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Track status, remove impediments, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Build delivery maturity frameworks, templates, and tracking models.
• Mentor leads, support customer escalation management, and executive reporting.
