Job Description

The candidate is responsible for the sales and profits for the Health, Wellness, Beauty and Personal Care products, in the store, and develop in-store opportunities for promotion and events for these products. He/she is expected to:

• Provide Health and Wellness advice to customers, including the proper usage of our products and any other related information
• Make appropriate recommendations of products to customers based on their needs
• Build up a customer base by being a personalised advisor to their health and wellness needs
• Ensure adequate stock levels and exercise inventory control through the ordering and monitoring the shelf life of products
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the area via regular housekeeping
• Cashiering duties
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma/GCE A level/Higher NITEC/GCE O level with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in service/ retail industry
• Great passion for the service / retail industry
• Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
• Candidates without experience but with a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management or Pharmaceutical Science are welcome to apply
