Leads the team responsible for reorganizations and eDiscovery activities within Windows File Services. Oversees process execution, ensures compliance, and drives continuous service improvement initiatives in collaboration with the CSI team. Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensures German-language communication for RO-based operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all reorganization and eDiscovery requests.
• Ensure timely execution of approved tasks and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee process adherence to ITIL and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and deliver KPI and SLA reports for management.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and improvement workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows File Services structure and delegated rights.
• ITIL process expertise (Change, CSI, Incident, Request).
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.

Academic Qualifications & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional (mandatory).
• Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in leading IT operations teams.
• Experience in organizational change and process improvement.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements.
